The Mistral Group offers low-cost, composite parts and tools manufacturing capabilities including VARTM, hand lay-up and spray-up. Advanced manufacturing includes compression molding, RTM, vacuum cure, filament winding and resin transfer molding using a variety of fibers, resin systems and core materials. We provide design, prototyping, process R&D and testing services. The R&D group specializes in design for manufacturing, laminate design, FEA, joint design, testing and process development.

Composites offered by Mistral are produced using the most advanced technology, including raw material testing, a lay-up and bonding clean room, computer controlled autoclaves, X-ray and ultrasonic computerized scanner. Part of our advantage is the ability to manufacture prototype composite parts for tool approval.
