Standard, off the shelf, build to print and special, custom-made oil seals are available in sizes up to 480 mm (19"). Based on steel rubberizing (combined rubber-metal), the oil seals are manufactured from different materials, such as: natural rubber, Nitrile, Silicone, EPDM, Fluorocarbon, etc.
Benefits
Manufacturing is performed under a strict QA system, approved in accordance to ISO 9002. During the manufacturing process, all seals undergo inspection and testing, to ensure that these critical items will be a reliable component of any military or automotive system.
Users
The oil seals are currently in use by the US and Israeli Army. They perform particularly well in the most difficult conditions such as extreme temperatures, corrosive environment, poor lubrication, etc.
