Effective and efficient administration of a contract is probably the key element in achieving goals such as an on-time and high quality product/component delivery, as well as customer satisfaction and future repeat business.

Mistral's management team, with its vast experience in administration of hundreds of government and commercial contracts, has the knowledge and the ability to efficiently administer a procurement or development contract ensuring open and barrier free communications, understanding and fulfillment of the contract requirements.

From the time of award, Mistral's contract management team can assist you to undertake any of the following contract administration tasks:

  • Assist and coordinate "Post Award Conferences";
  • Communicate with the various parties involved in the performance of the contract, such as the buyer, engineer, manufacturing and marketing personnel to assure clear understanding of the performance requirement;
  • Clarify delivery schedule requirements and establish contract administration schedule (as a Gannt Chart);
  • Manage contract modifications and "Change Order Procedures";
  • Manage "Value Engineering" Procedures;
  • Assure on time delivery;
  • Manage "First Article Approvals";
  • Present and submit proper documentations, such as COC, packing list and invoices;
  • Handle acceptance procedures; and
  • Collect and distribute funds.
