The Mistral Group actively pursues partnerships and welcomes partnership
proposals from companies with both R&D as well as fully mature technologies
and products that want to work together to market and develop mutual
capabilities.
Mistral has already formed such strategic alliances with a number of
companies in the industrial/defense and security/law enforcement areas.
These relationships combine the strength of Mistral's international
marketing and project management background with the business,
technology, and product capabilities of our partners. The end result
is that both Mistral and our partners can more effectively develop
new products, markets and business opportunities.
Examples of some of our partnerships include:
|
| Sonetronics |

For over a decade Mistral has had a strategic cooperation
in development and manufacturing of communication gear with
Sonetronics (www.sonetronics.com). From components
to full-integrated systems, both passive and active, through
this alliance Mistral and Sonetronics have jointly developed
dozens of new products and have generated millions of dollars
in sales |
| ICTS Group |
|
Mistral has partnered with the ICTS Group (www.icts-usa.com), a recognized world leader in aviation security. With over two decades of experience in all aspects of airport operations, including Passenger Baggage Screener Training, Airport Security Surveys, design of comprehensive Airport Security Programs, and Airport Security Checkpoint Operations, ICTS also possesses extensive capabilities in the development of advanced, integrative technological solutions. For example, the ICTS IP@SS system is an integrated system comprised of several innovative technological sensors, databases and advanced analysis methods aimed at accelerating passenger processing transactions and enhancing the level of security for air travelers.
One of the groundbreaking ventures between ICTS and Mistral is the development of a next generation Hardened Unit Load Device (HULD), to protect aircraft and passengers from an in-flight terror charge. The rugged, lightweight, low-cost HULD provides a critical additional layer of protection in the aviation security network.
