The Mistral Group is a holding company comprised of the following 5 legal
entities: Mistral Inc., Mistral Security Inc., Mistral Detection Ltd.,
Karil International Marketing Ltd., and Karil Protective Systems Ltd.
(KPS). In order to draw upon capabilities from across these 5 entities, we
have established a unique customer-focused structure that is based on
three highly specialized operating units covering industrial and defense, security, law enforcement and public safety, and international marketing. While each of these units has a depth of know-how and experience in its specific area, we also work collaboratively across units to provide you with the breadth of solutions you are seeking. |

This includes casting, machining, assembly, communications shelters, individual soldier communication gear and helmets, mortars, mortar ammunition, artillery, suspension parts, automotive radiators, and more. Through this unit we also provide suppliers with a range of project management, final assembly, distribution, |
and international marketing services aimed at ensuring that your products and capabilities find the right niche. This can include managing and priming manufacturing contracts with the U.S. Government and Department of Defense, sub-contracting and representing foreign military manufacturers for U.S. Department of Defense programs, promoting subcontracting capabilities between foreign entities and U.S. prime contractors, identifying and facilitating cooperative R&D ventures, and more. |

| Mistral's Security, Law Enforcement and Public Safety Unit |

| Provides governments and commercial buyers worldwide with total turnkey security projects, unique products/technologies and fully integrated security solutions. These solutions incorporate security products, such as microwave anomaly detection systems, ballistic protection, hardening of structures against blast or ballistic threats and explosion containment systems as well as as well as security consulting and threat analysis services.
Mistral's Security, Law Enforcement and Public Safety Unit also offers a line of unique proprietary drug detection products for use by law enforcement officials, |
education institutions and private consumers, as well as a broad range of explosives detection, fingerprint visualization and other forensic products.
In addition to manufacturing and distributing our unique products, we assist security product/technology suppliers with marketing, sales, and consulting services. Through our extensive North American, European and Middle Eastern distribution network we are able to channel your products and services to the right players in the commercial, industrial and governmental security markets.
