| MICHAEL S. DAVISON - Lieutenant General (Ret.),
Senior Vice President for Business Development |
Michael Davison has extensive military operational
experience at all levels of command. In industry, his experience includes
business development, marketing, and sales of defense systems. At Mistral
Group, he is responsible for business development and strategic planning
to meet the needs of the US military for integrated ballistic armor and
advanced combat system technology.
Prior to his position in Mistral, he served as President of Israel Military
Industries (IMI) Services USA, Inc. At IMI Services USA, he was responsible
for marketing and sales of IMI's technology and products to the US Department
of Defense and Federal law enforcement agencies, lobbying activities with
Congress and the US Government, and teaming agreements with US defense industry.
At M.I.C. Industries, Inc. he was responsible for international marketing
and sales of the Ultimate Building Machine used for rapid on-site construction
of steel structures for military and civil shelter requirements.

General Davison also served as Director, Defense
Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA), Office of the Secretary of Defense,
from August 1997 to August 2000. He was responsible for oversight, management,
and customer support insuring that security cooperation programs and Foreign
Military Sales supported the national security and foreign policy strategy
of the United States. General Davison worked for CINC, US Central Command
as the Chief, Office of Military Cooperation in Cairo, Egypt (1992-94).
General Davison retired from the United States Army on October 1, 2000,
and received the Defense Distinguished Service Medal, as well as decorations
from the governments of Egypt, Spain, and Taiwan for his accomplishments
as Director, Defense Security Cooperation Agency.
General Davison has a Masters of Science degree in Foreign Service from
Georgetown University and is a graduate of West Point.

| ROBI KOREN - Manager,“Karil International Marketing” |
| Robi Koren has over 30 years of experience in engineering, marketing and project management. In his position at Mistral, Mr. Koren is responsible for running the Mistral Israel operations as well as working directly with Mistral's clients in Israel to develop and implement their international marketing strategies in Europe and the United States. He is also responsible for overseeing Mistral's KPS division.
Prior to joining Mistral, Mr. Koren spent 13 years working at MTLM, a leading aircraft component manufacturer in Israel, where he held senior positions in both engineering and |
marketing. Earlier, Mr. Koren served as a production manager and quality assurance manager
for Ing. Brown Carmiel, a High Precision Machining Subcontractor. He began his career as an engineer at an electromechanical automotive components factory in Romania.
Mr. Koren received a Masters of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Politechnical Institute in Cluj, Romania. He then went on to complete a post graduate degree in management and marketing at the University of Tel Aviv. |
| JACK YOHE - Senior Vice President |
| Jack Yohe has nearly 20 years of experience in government contracting and procurement. His expertise spans across the areas of production and process control and planning, contract administration, cost estimating, export controls and Federal Acquisition Regulations. In his position at Mistral, Mr. Yohe is responsible for marketing, sales, engineering support and contract administration for various defense firms dealing directly with U.S. Government procurement centers and prime contractors. His success in this role can be attested by the numerous contracts ranging from over $25,000 to $1 million that he has assisted in securing. |
Prior to his role within Mistral, Mr. Yohe served as Vice President at D.C. Tech Research Centers Inc., a state of the art flexible manufacturing facility serving as a sub-contractor to major prime contractors such as Colt Industries, Pratt & Whitney, and General Electric. In this capacity he was responsible for general management of the company including oversight of 60 employees as well as plant production and administration. Previously, Mr. Yohe held the position of Director, Aviation Department at World Trade Associates, where he was responsible for the marketing and sales of U.S. military spare aircraft parts and components to foreign governments such as Turkey, Taiwan and Australia. |
